How to Get the World to Like Us –The Case for Isolationism

It may take 12 steps to get clean and sober, but only 6 to make the world realize just how super the U.S. can be.

1. We can start by helping the Arabs retake Andalusia. Having conquered it once, it belongs to them forever. This goes for most of the Balkans as well as Austria up to the gates of Vienna. All infidels should convert to Islam. This is inevitable as Islam means “submission.” Needless to say, we should all follow the code of Sharia. It’ll work wonders. No need to tie up the courts with gay marriage cases; we can just kill all the homosexuals. How much better will our soap operas be when the cheating wives get stoned to death?

What’s wrong with honor killings of women? Or keeping them uneducated or illiterate? Why can’t heroism be defined as hiding behind women and children while trying deliberately to kill women and children? Able-bodied men should be free to dance and march in the streets, burn flags, shoot guns into the air and contort their faces into grimaces fueled by impotent rage because they are victims (all 360 million of them, let alone their 1.2 billion co-religionists) of the 13 million Jews who run the world (see Chavez, Walt and Mearsheimer). Notwithstanding sitting on more than half of the world’s oil reserves and the massive wealth they have, it is only proper that the rest of the world be responsible for and pay for the Palestinians not given citizenship in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and the 20 other Arab countries.

Posting again soon

Ok, it’s been a little busy here so not must posting going on.  As soon as I have a break I’ll get something up.  Promise.

File under some people need killing

EASTON, Pa. —  A man who admitted he beat his girlfriend’s 2-year-old son offered an excuse that angered a judge: He said he’s not a morning person.
Juan Arreola, 20, pleaded guilty Friday to two counts each of endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment and simple assault. Prosecutors said while moving into a new apartment with his girlfriend on June 7, Arreola kicked her son out of the way, then squeezed the toddler’s face.
While looking after the boy three days later, he punched the boy twice, prosecutors said. Arreola’s girlfriend brought the child to a hospital later that day, where he was diagnosed with bleeding around the brain. Photos show the boy with severe bruising on his face and back.
When Northampton County Judge F.P. Kimberly McFadden asked Arreola Friday if that’s how he regularly treated 2-year-olds, he replied: “I was working till midnight. I’m not a morning person.”
McFadden said she was almost speechless.
“You’re going to look at me straight in the face and say ‘I’m not a morning person,’?” she asked.
The judge ordered Arreola to undergo psychological and psychiatric evaluations and set sentencing for Dec. 14. The maximum penalty is a state prison term of more than 20 years.

If there is any justice this guy SOB won’t be alive days after entering prison.

Bhutto’s returned marred by the same old crowd

What effect will the attack on Benazir Bhutto have on Pakistan and the war with the Taliban / Al-Qaeda?

Perhaps this event will show the Pakistani’s the true face of those that wish only their views allowed.  I hope with Bhutto’s support of Democracy and a clearer understanding of those the Pakistanis have allowed to thrive within their borders a new, real assault on terrorist and radical Islamist will begin. She seems to be the only one there with any real courage.  Musharraf hasn’t lived up to the hopes of the west.  At least not yet.

Bhutto’s claim that some within the Government may have played a part in her attempted assassination probably isn’t far off.   But without the radicals who have takes a large area of Pakistan this attempt more than likely wouldn’t have been as bloody.  It’s an MO the Taliban and Al-Qaeda have been using since they began.  Innocent life means nothing to them

Nyquil and Transformers

The other night I was on the phone with my son and he asked me to write him another story.  I try to take some time every now and then to write a short story for my wife to read to him before bed.  I haven’t had much time or ability lately unfortunately and my internet access is rather sporadic but I thought he was right and deserved some more.

I asked what the story should be about.  Transformer was his reply or any robot story.  He has really taken to the transformer thing.  I was able to watch the new movie with him while on leave and he loved it.

So with a chest cold I’m fighting I lay down with a little Nyquil and some other meds and drifted off thinking of a story I could send to him.

It appears the combination of day-dreaming the story and the Nyquil had a strange effect.  I drifted off to sleep and several hours later woke up seeing transformer parts around my bunk.  What the hell I thought.  I realized quickly it wasn’t real but was kind of funny.

I really hate colds and meds.  Lol

I do have a story idea for him though so all isn’t bad.

Air America and another brilliant idea

So the dying Air America radio network will begin airing an Atheist talk show.  This is so sad.  I’d laugh but Air America and this group of leftist has simply run out of ideas. I guess run out is the wrong phrase, they never had any.

Its one thing to create a show to promote a belief, whether it’s democracy, capitalism, socialism or and other idea but to create a show on the lack of a belief?  It seems like this would be a rather short show.

Fact is it’s just more of the same from Air America and I’m sure it will get the same results.  It’s about bashing everyone else and their beliefs.  According to the FOXNEWs report the show has had the likes of Jeneane Garofolo, a brilliant player from the failed Air America network and Ron Reagan is scheduled to appear this weekend.  We know the world waits to hear what he has to say about atheism.

I’m an agnostic; I don’t mind atheist thinking but left wing activist like right wing nuts irritate the hell out of me.

Al Gore wins Nobel Prize

Since Jimmy Carter and Yassir Arafat did too it’s not that impressive or a surprise.  The Nobel organization lost credibility long ago.

I won’t even go into the fact that half of what he’s put out is pure BS and has been proven inaccurate.  But I guess it’s the ends not the means.

Christie Brinkley has the answer…well not really.

Brinkley said “it has become abundantly clear” that the 2003 U.S.-led war against Iraq was unnecessary because U.N. weapons inspectors has effectively shut down Iraq’s weapons programs.

The “good news about this failed approach,” she said, is that former U.S. Cabinet ministers including Henry Kissinger, George Schultz and William Perry have said the United States “must reinvigorate efforts to obtain a nuclear weapons-free world.”

“I agree strongly with this conclusion,” Brinkley said.

Tell me MS Brinkley how exactly would we do this?

Chirp Chirp.. Now go away please.

Screwing soldiers

National Guard Troops denied benefits…

Anderson’s orders, and the orders of 1,161 other Minnesota guard members, were written for 729 days.Had they been written for 730 days, just one day more, the soldiers would receive those benefits to pay for school.“Which would be allowing the soldiers an extra $500 to $800 a month,” Anderson said.

This isn’t a surprise to me.  I’ve seen things like this often.  Yes it’s about money and political types in the military that don’t want to ask for too much.  I’ve watch soldiers on orders lose DLA (Dislocation Allowance) for not knowing they were entitled to it.

It’s been a learning process for me also as I have helped work through some of these issues with the guys in our unit.  Sometimes it’s simply people not knowing but when someone issues orders one day under the limit you can bet they understood the rules and the consequences.

More politics and less leadership

Rice Orders Overhauls of Security Practices for U.S. Diplomats in Iraq

Rice has ordered the recommendations be followed, including requiring U.S. diplomatic security agents to accompany Blackwater-escorted convoys of U.S. diplomats in Baghdad, said State Department spokesman Sean McCormack. The government security service also will bolster monitoring of the private security escorts by installing video cameras in cars and recording radio traffic between convoys and the U.S. embassy.

This is called micromanagement ass covering. If you hire someone let them do the G**Damn job. What political BS.
