Arabian Nightmares

If you haven’t read Ralph Peters New York Post article titled Arabian Nightmares you should. I agreee 100% with Ralph on this one. Here is just one part of a spot on article.

“What really matters is what our forces are ordered – and permitted – to do. With political correctness permeating our government and even the upper echelons of the military, we never tried the one technique that has a solid track record of defeating insurgents if applied consistently: the rigorous imposition of public order.

That means killing the bad guys. Not winning their hearts and minds, placating them or bringing them into the government. Killing them.”

I’m currently working 7 days a week so while I hope to add more here soon. Who really knows. Stay tuned…

  1. I, too, agree with his article (and your post) 100%. I have said before in comments on other sites that America needs to stop apologizing for our superpower status and start exercising it instead. The only language radical extremists understand and respect is violence, and the only solution in their eyes is our castration and/or destruction. Somewhere along the way a few people lost their will to fight. But not all of us. We have the power to eliminate our enemies. It’s time we start using it.

  2. It is a great article! And, I agree with Pamela.

But, I fear that we have taken political correctness to a point that is putting us in an untenable situation.

Of course, the media hates everything the military does, so I would hope the leaders would just do it right – they will be criticized regardless.
